  • Is teletherapy just as effective as therapy in person?
    • Yes, while there are many benefits to in person therapy, during this unprecedented time teletherapy is just as effective.  With the ability to see clients from all over New Jersey through phone & video, taking care of your mental health has never been easier. Just find a quiet, comfortable spot, open your laptop or phone & take the step into therapy you have been wanting to for so long.

  • How will I know if I'm ready to terminate?
    • During our first few sessions we will work together to create treatment goals, once these goals are achieved that means you are ready to terminate. We will review and update these goals as needed.
