  • Where are you located?
    • At this time all services are virtual so I am able to see anyone located in the state of New Jersey

  • Are you accepting new clients at this time?​​
    • At this time, I am accepting new clients.

  • What are your hours?

    • Monday-Wednesday: 10:00am-4:00pm

    • Thursday: 10am-6pm

    • At this time, I only have daytime availability for new clients.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

  • What are your credentials?
    • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, license # 44SC05688300.  I graduated in 2012 with my BSW from James Madison University and in 2013 with my MSW from Rutgers University with a specialization in clinical social work.

    • I also have my PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification) obtained in 2021 with advanced training through Postpartum Support International.

  • Is teletherapy just as effective as therapy in person?
    • Yes, while there are many benefits to in person therapy, during this unprecedented time teletherapy is just as effective.  ​With the ability to see clients from all over New Jersey through phone & video, taking care of your mental health has never been easier. Just find a quiet, comfortable spot, open your laptop or phone & take the step into therapy you have been wanting to for so long.

  • What platform do you use for teletherapy?
    • Simple Practice: easy to use and HIPAA compliant.  You will also have your own client portal where you can schedule appointments and review your personal documents​.

  • How often will we meet?
    • This is difficult to answer as each person has their own individual needs.  We will decide together based off of your personal situation, needs, finances and therapeutic goals.

  • How do I know if I would benefit from therapy?
    • Have you been feeling anxious, sad, stressed, overwhelmed, or easily irritated lately? 

    • Have you been having difficulty coping with everyday life stressors? 

    • Have you been having more conflicts than usual? 

    • If you answered yes to any of these questions, you could benefit from talking to a therapist.  ​

  • How will I know if I'm ready to terminate?
    • During our first few sessions we will work together to create treatment goals, once these goals are achieved that means you are ready to terminate. We will review and update these goals as needed.
