What To Expect

✧ Upon taking the step towards personal empowerment we will schedule a 15 minute free, no-obligation phone consultation where we will discuss your needs and hopes for therapy.  The goal of this call is to see if you feel I am a good fit for your therapeutic needs.

 

✧ If you decide to take the next step we will then schedule a 60-90 minute evaluation intake session.  During this session we will get to know each other and will collaborate in creating personal goals for your therapy journey. Here is where we will dive in deeper to get to know each other better! I encourage you to ask as many questions as you'd like during this session to help you feel more comfortable working with me. I understand we will start off as strangers and it may take time to open up so I will not push you to talk about anything you are not ready to disclose! We will also collaborate to set your treatment goals and schedule.

 

✧ Subsequent sessions are 45-minutes where we will work towards those goals.  I will provide activities, share healthy skills, and help you challenge and reframe negative thoughts with the goal of feeling like yourself again!
