What To Expect

Upon taking the step towards personal empowerment we will schedule a 15 minute free, no-obligation phone consultation where we will discuss your needs and hopes for therapy.  The goal of this call is to see if you feel I am a good fit for your therapeutic needs. If you decide to take the next step we will then schedule a 60-minute intake session.  During this session we will get to know each other and will collaborate in creating personal goals for your therapy journey. Subsequent sessions are 45-minutes where we will work towards those goals.  I will provide activities, share healthy skills, and help you challenge and reframe negative thoughts with the goal of feeling like yourself again.
