Empowered Moms Community
A calming, non-therapy, supportive space for overwhelmed moms who are tired of doing it all alone.
You made it through pregnancy.
You survived the newborn phase. Or you are still in it.
Everyone says it gets easier, so why does it still feel so heavy?
Early motherhood, from birth through the preschool years, can feel emotionally intense and mentally exhausting. Support often fades just as responsibilities grow. Many moms feel pressure to be back to normal while quietly wondering why they still feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched thin.
This group was created for that space. The season where you are caring for young children and carrying far more than most people realize.
About the Group
This is a non therapy virtual support group for moms with children ages 0 to 5.
It is especially supportive for moms who tend to hold it together on the outside but feel constantly on, mentally busy, or emotionally depleted on the inside. Many moms in this group identify with high functioning anxiety, mental load burnout, or feeling like everything depends on them.
You do not need a diagnosis.
You do not need to be in crisis.
You do not need to explain why you are struggling.
This is a space to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of the emotional realities of early motherhood without pressure to fix yourself or push through.

Why this stage feels hard, even when you love your children
The mental load and emotional labor no one sees
