The Empowered Moms Community is a safe, supportive virtual space for moms who want connection, emotional regulation tools, and ongoing guidance from a licensed perinatal mental health therapist.
It’s more than venting. It’s a place to feel seen, calm, grounded, and understood.
In this community, you’ll:

Led by Danielle Smith, LCSW, PMH-C — a licensed therapist specializing in perinatal mental health — this group is intentionally small, high-touch, and designed to help you feel truly supported.
