Specialized Virtual Therapy for Moms Across New Jersey

As a certified perinatal mental health therapist, I specialize in supporting women through the emotional complexities of trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.

I understand how anxiety - especially the high-functioning kind - can quietly shape your experience as a mom. Whether you’re navigating fertility stress, grieving a pregnancy loss, adjusting to life with a newborn, or feeling stretched too thin by motherhood, you don’t have to carry it all alone.

Start Feeling Like Yourself Again

My approach combines my personal experience as a mom and years of clinical experience with a deep understanding of maternal mental health.

I integrate EMDR for trauma healing, along with practical, evidence-based strategies to help you manage anxious thoughts, process what you’ve been through, and feel more grounded and connected - to yourself, your child(ren), and the world around you.

There’s a version of you that feels calmer, more confident, and more connected - you just haven’t had the space to reach her yet.

You want to enjoy motherhood without the constant second-guessing, mental exhaustion, or invisible pressure to be everything for everyone. You want to feel less overwhelmed and more like yourself. But right now, it feels like you're stuck in survival mode—keeping it all together on the outside while struggling inside.

The truth is, it’s not that you’re doing it wrong - it’s that you’ve been doing it without enough support.

Therapy can give you the space to breathe, reflect, and begin healing. Together, we’ll work toward a version of you that feels more grounded, emotionally present, and capable of handling this season of life with clarity and self-compassion.

Empowered Counseling Services

Here’s How to Get Started

Taking the first step can feel vulnerable - but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Here’s what working together looks like:

  • This no-pressure phone call is a chance for us to connect. You’ll share a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy, I’ll tell you more about my approach, and I’ll answer any questions you have about the process.

  • If we both feel like it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your initial intake session. This is a 60-minute appointment where I’ll get to know you more deeply, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and work with you to set clear, meaningful goals for therapy.

From there, we’ll create a plan that reflects your unique experiences and the season of motherhood you're in. Whether we’re addressing high-functioning anxiety, grief, trauma, or the daily overwhelm of being “the one who holds it all,” our work will be thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply supportive. I’ll integrate approaches like EMDR, mindfulness, and practical coping tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself again. If you’re ready to feel less alone and more like you, let’s begin.
